YEAR 12 VISIT OXFORD OPEN DAYS

On Wednesday 27th and Thursday 28th June, nine Year 12s visited the Oxford University Open Days.

They had a chance to visit the Colleges and University departments to find out more about their chosen courses and what makes Oxford such a special place to study.

Students got to experience a taste of University life by staying overnight in the beautiful Keble College they were also able to catch a glimpse of the other magnificent parts of the city, such as the Bodleian Library, Radcliffe Camera and Ashmolean Museum, which all looked stunning in the beautiful sunshine.

Of course, the students could not resist visiting Blackwell’s bookshop and the impressive Norrington room. Students were well prepared for these two days by researching beforehand which particular places were most relevant to see for their chosen courses, so they were able to make the most out of their time in Oxford.
